__Many company actions may be governed by state and federal agencies under complex regulatory regimes enacted through a broad array of statutes and rules.  Throughout my career, I have assisted clients on numerous issues besides strictly environmental matters, where my experience dealing with agencies together with review of the particular regulations at issue have enabled me to defend against alleged violations and help clients take steps to comply and reduce or eliminate penalties or other regulatory restrictions on their actions.
