These include serving as common counsel, co-counsel, environmental counsel, litigation counsel, local counsel, mediator and/or arbitrator, and in other capacities such as serving as primary counsel due to conflict referrals and assisting in the search for the right counsel for a particular legal need another firm’s client has when I am not that person.
